Begin your experience with a glass of sparkling wine or a refreshing Yuzu Spritz, alongside warm edamame with brown butter and house-made dashi and mixed Japanese pickles. Savour a chef’s selection of premium sashimi, Pacific oysters with finger lime and ponzu, followed by crisp prawn and seasonal vegetable tempura.
The shared main course features miso-glazed cod, wagyu beef tataki and chicken yakitori skewers, served with steamed Japanese rice, seasonal greens with sesame dressing and Japanese potato salad. Finish with a decadent matcha cheesecake and refreshing strawberry & yuzu sorbet.
