2025 East Asia Pacific Q2 Q3 MICE “Evolve Your Event” Campaign – Terms and Conditions
The “IHG Evolve Your Event Campaign” (the “Promotion”) is valid only for selected meeting and event bookings which are booked with a signed meeting and event contract between the organisation and the hotel as per Booking Period and Offer Period dates listed below for each component at participating IHG branded hotels in Southeast Asia, South Korea, Japan, Micronesia, Australia and the Pacific islands. Bookings must be made through IHG direct channels including: IHG hotels in Southeast Asia, South Korea, Japan, Micronesia, Australia and the Pacific islands, IHG.com, IHG.com/meetings, IHG Groups Centre (ihg.com/meetings), IHG Meetings Centre (for IHG Sales managed accounts only) or Cvent.com.

The Promotion is available for new bookings and existing groups, meeting and event enquiries (which are currently being negotiated) which are booked between the Booking Dates as listed by offer below. An event contract must be signed with a participating hotel on or before the end of the Booking period for the terms of this Promotion to be valid and details of this Promotion must be included in the contract. The Promotion is not valid if a group, meeting or event is cancelled or rescheduled to a date after the Booking period or for any citywide bookings. Promotion is not available for repeat bookings and does not apply to groups, meetings or events bookings which are contracted prior to 19 May 2025 or which are made in conjunction with another promotional offer. Promotion is subject to availability, exclusions and black-out dates may apply and all bookings are subject to terms included in the hotel contract. The Promotion applies to selected group, meeting and event bookings of 10 guest rooms or more. The minimum spend threshold varies and is determined by the Participating Hotels and will be confirmed at the time of making an enquiry. Bookings are final and require full prepayment for the entire event at time of booking unless alternative payment arrangements are made with the Participating Hotel. Cancellation and no-show policy applies as per each Participating Hotel. Once a booking is confirmed, the booker’s credit card will be charged between the booking time and event date for the total amount shown, regardless of whether the booking is used. Local government guidelines might require hotels to make any operational changes and you will be informed at the time of check-in. The spend is reflected in USD and local currency conversion rate may vary from time to time and is at IHG’s sole and absolute discretion without prior notice.
Component 1: Discount off masterbill
Booking Dates 19 May to 31 August 2025 (“Booking Period”)
Event Dates: 20 May 2025 to 30 March 2026 (“Offer Period”)
A rebate on the master bill is offered at the discretion of the hotel for consumed guest rooms, non-labor food and beverage, catering, and meeting room rental charges. The rebate is a 10% discount for IHG Business Rewards Members and a 5% discount for non-members. The rebate does not apply to third-party charges such as outsourced audio-visual services, florists, or décor vendors. All other charges on the master account folio must be paid in full and do not qualify for the discount. Food & beverage minimums may apply, and hotels may impose a cap on the discount.
Component 2: 3X points with IHG Business Rewards and 2 Bonus Elite Night Credits for every $3000 spent.
Booking Dates: 19 May to 30 June 2025 (“Booking Period”)
Event Dates: 20 May to 30 November 2025 (“Offer Period”)
To be eligible for the IHG Business Rewards 3X Points plus 2 Bonus Elite Night Credits per $3K spend (up to 10 Credits) offer (the “Offer”), a person must be an IHG Business Rewards member, which includes acceptance of the IHG Business Rewards Program Terms and Conditions, and the Business Rewards member must have registered for the Offer. By clicking “register now” in connection with the promotional materials for the Offer, a Business Rewards member is registering for the Offer and agreeing to these Terms and Conditions. Once an IHG Business Rewards member has registered for the Offer, the member will be eligible to earn triple the IHG One Rewards points on Qualifying Spend for all stays, meetings, and/or events that are booked during the period from May 19, 2025, through June 30, 2025 (“Booking Period”) and completed during the period from May 19, 2025, through November 30, 2025 (“Offer Period”). Additionally, a member will earn 2 Bonus Elite Night Credits (up to 10 nights) for every $3,000 Offer-Qualifying spend during the Offer Period. Additional details on Qualifying Spend are provided below. The time needed for awarding points can vary with each promotional offer, so please allow up to 6 weeks for any earned bonus points and Bonus Elite Night Credits to be posted to the recipient’s account.
For this Offer, earning “3X” or “3X points” or “triple points” on stays or events booked and completed within the Booking and Offering periods as set forth above means the total number of regular “base points” and promotional “bonus points” combined will equal three (3) times the base IHG One Rewards points the member would normally receive just for being an IHG Business Rewards member. Therefore, under the Offer, a member can earn three (3) base points for every $1 USD of Qualifying Spend and an additional six (6) bonus points for every $1 USD of Qualifying Spend, for a total of nine (9) points for each $1 USD. The first three (3) base points earned are considered Elite Qualifying Points that count towards IHG One Rewards Elite status. The additional six (6) bonus points awarded as part of the Offer are Non-Elite Qualifying Points under the IHG One Rewards program. Earning two “Bonus Elite Night Credits” for every $3,000 Offer-Qualifying spend during the Offer Period, up to a maximum of ten (10) Bonus Elite Night Credits during the Promotion Period means for every $3,000 you spend under the Offer, you will be credited with two Elite Qualifying Nights for purposes of determining your Elite membership status and your Milestone Rewards earned under the IHG One Rewards program in 2025. “Bonus Elite Night Credits” do not qualify as Rollover Nights or as Qualifying Nights for any other purpose or benefit under the IHG One Rewards program.
