Tamborine and Littabella respective 39m² and 36m² can accommodate 12-18 people in a boardroom configuration or up to 30 in a theatre-style set up, making these Brisbane conference rooms ideal for small board meetings or secretariats. Conveniently located on the ground floor adjoining a spacious pre-function area, delegates are also just steps away from the taste sensations of our all-day eatery, Kraft & Co.
Positioned on the mezzanine level, Piper’s 80m² and Sundown’s 93m² of space can accommodate up to 90 in a theatre style, while being equally suited to a more intimate event of 27 to 30 when configured in a U-shape or boardroom setup. Like all our meeting rooms for hire in Brisbane, inspiring voco™ personality permeates Piper and Sundown through a warm palette of neutral tones peppered with navy and yellow.
A step up in size and capacity, Topaz boasts 148m² of space catering to 60 people in a classroom configuration, 72 in a cabaret configuration and 120 in a theatre-style setup. 3.5m² ceilings ensure delegates never feel cramped on long days, and a nearby pre-function area boasting bespoke painted wall murals and framed prints creates a space to gather before and in between sessions.
Our second-largest function space, Daintree can accommodate a whopping 350 people in a theatre style, making it ideal for corporate conferences. Daintree is located on the mezzanine with access to a modern pre-function area that shuns the flat design schemes of decades past in favour of a style that’s easy on the eye.
At a positively palatial 645m², the Grand Chelsea Ballroom has a reputation in town for being the venue for the largest and grandest of Brisbane events. Cleverly combining Chelsea, Topaz, Piper and Sundown rooms, the Grand Chelsea Ballroom can accommodate 450 guests for a sit-down dinner, 756 in a theatre-style arrangement, and 324 in a classroom setup.
Chelsea Lane is our unique all-weather laneway event space adjoining the Grand Chelsea Ballroom. The perfect blank canvas for a celebration or special event, Chelsea Lane gives delegates 246m² of space to dress up or dress down and is wet weather-proof thanks to its smart 6.3-metre-high louvred roof.
Located on level two, Claremont and Maleny each offer 78m² and 92m² respectively, accommodating 27 in a U-shape, 30 in a boardroom configuration, 48 in a cabaret layout and 80-90 in a theatre style. An adjoining pre-function space showcasing modern art and a palette of grey, white and yellow creates an inspiring space to relax with a snack and a beverage before or after your event.
Our largest meeting room on the second floor, The Palms can cater up to 120 people in a theatre style across 116m². The Palms features adjustable walls that open up to adjoining Claremont and Maleny rooms, increasing the space available to 287m² and offering incredible flexibility for every function.
