Entries must include the entrant’s name and your fiancé’s name, optional wedding dates & guest numbers, an active email and mobile phone number to be valid. Only one entry per unique email address is valid. The winner is chosen at random and must be present at the open day to claim their prize. The prize is non-transferrable, cannot be redeemed for cash. There is no entry fee and no requirement of purchase to enter the competition.
There will be one major draw, which will determine the prize winner.
All valid entries received during the Promotion Period will be included in the major draw.
The major draw will be held at 11.45am, on Saturday 23/03/2024 and you must be present to receive the prize.
The major prize includes:

- $1,000 towards your DJ package
- $300 Hair Package for the Bride provided by Epic Hair Designs – must be used before 1st December 2025.
Free Skin Analysis session at any Brazilian Beauty Clinic where you’ll be given a personalised pre-wedding treatment plan and targeted skincare plan + $150 advanced facial voucher + $150 Australian Skin Institute voucher – must be used before 1st December 2025.

- Not redeemable for cash and non-transferrable. The winner is solely responsible for all travel expenses that fall outside the total prize package. All additional meals and beverages, tips and accommodation or any other extras not stated in the confirmed prize package are the sole responsibility of the winner.
Prizes and all elements of prizes must be taken as and when offered or will be forfeited, and if forfeited, the Promoter will not be liable. Prizes are subject to any additional terms and conditions imposed by the relevant supplier or the Promoter and vendor partners, including:
(a)validity period/s;
(b)terms of use;
(e)conditions of voucher validity and any restrictions on voucher on-sale or transfer;
(f)travel dates and specified travel exclusion periods;
(g)any additional fees (payable by you) relating to changes made by you/your companion to a travel/event prize after it has been booked;
(i)a requirement to present your credit card when checking in to accommodation.
You/your companion are responsible for all other unspecified costs related to a prize, including meals, transport, insurance (including excesses), in-room charges, additional taxes, etc.
It is the responsibility of the winner to inform the Promoter of any wheelchair or similar access requests prior to booking the prize.
The Promoter is not responsible for any dispute between you and any person with whom you choose to, or choose not to, share a prize.
The Promoter accepts no responsibility if one or more of the events or activities awarded as part of a prize are abandoned, called off or postponed for any reason. In that case you/your companion/s forfeit your entitlement to that event/activity. Unless otherwise specified by the Promoter, you will not be given cash or any alternative prize as a substitute for this altered prize element.
Prizes cannot be transferred or exchanged nor redeemed for cash. Without limiting any other term of these Terms and Conditions, all prizes (and elements of prizes) must be taken as and when specified, or will be forfeited with no replacement. The prize values are correct as at the date of preparing these Terms and Conditions and include any applicable GST. The Promoter is not responsible for any change in prize value. Without limiting any other clause of these Terms and Conditions, you agree that if a prize (or element of a prize) is unavailable for any reason the Promoter may provide another item of equal or higher value, subject to any necessary approval by the relevant authorities.
